You’ll use our patent-pending Pot-au-Brew system, which requires less water, takes less time, and causes less hassle than traditional methods. Best of all, your Pot-au-Brew will be so delicious, it might be the best beer you have ever tasted! In this hands-on workshop, taught by scientist and serial inventor Trong Nguyen, you will craft your own batch of beer to take home, enjoy, and share with your friends. No previous experience or knowledge is necessary!

  • Kombucha 101: Learn how to make your own kombucha at home using the Pot-au-Brew. Simply choose a scheduled class on our calendar, and fill out the registration form on the right.
